Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of SamurAI, operated by Murad Logistics LLC (Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Мурад Логистикс»), Tax ID (ИНН) 01909202410621, registered at 1 Kalyk Akiev Street, Sverdlovsky District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (ул. Калык Акиева 1, Свердловский район, г. Бишкек, Кыргызская Республика). By creating an account you accept them.

2. The service

SamurAI lets you configure AI agents and connect them to messaging channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and your website, so they can hold conversations with your customers.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at Murad@muradlogist.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Connected channels — your obligations

When you connect a WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook channel, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorised to manage that account or phone number
• You will comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Platform Policy
• You will only message people who have opted in or who have contacted you first
• You will honour opt-out requests immediately
• You will not send unsolicited or bulk unsolicited messages

Breaching Meta's policies can get your account restricted or banned by Meta. That decision is Meta's, not ours, and we cannot reverse it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SamurAI to send spam, scams, malware or phishing; to harass, threaten or defraud; to impersonate another person or business; to sell illegal goods; to breach anyone's intellectual property; or to break any applicable law. You may not resell, sublicense or white-label SamurAI without our written agreement.

6. AI-generated content

Replies are produced by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for what your agent says to your customers, for the accuracy of the documents you upload as its knowledge, and for reviewing its behaviour. Do not configure SamurAI to give medical, legal or financial advice without human review. SamurAI is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be used for emergency communications.

7. Fees

Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Messaging charges levied by Meta or Twilio are passed through to you at cost. We will give 30 days' notice before any price change.

8. Your data

You own your data. We process it under our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you. On termination we delete your data as described in that policy.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. Enterprise SLAs are agreed separately in writing.

10. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that puts our Meta or Twilio standing at risk, or that has unpaid fees, with notice where circumstances allow.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits or revenue, or for loss of data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Third parties

SamurAI depends on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Twilio. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes or enforcement decisions.

13. Changes

We may amend these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes take effect 30 days after we email Business Customers.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes go to the courts of Bishkek unless we agree otherwise in writing.
